1. Services Offered

Govaio Network provides services including but not limited to:

• Shared Web Hosting

• Hyper Hosting

• Domain Registration

• Domain Transfer & Renewal

• Add-on and related services

All services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

2. Hyper Hosting

• Hyper Hosting plans are designed for normal website usage.

• Server resources (CPU, RAM, Disk I/O, Inodes, Bandwidth) are subject to limits defined in the plan.

• Continuous or excessive usage affecting server stability may lead to throttling, suspension, or upgrade request.

• Hyper Hosting is not intended for high-load applications unless explicitly stated.

3. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

To ensure optimal performance for all customers, Govaio Network enforces a Fair Usage Policy.

Fair Use Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Consume excessive CPU, RAM, or disk I/O for prolonged periods

• Run background processes, mining scripts, or resource-intensive applications

• Use hosting for file storage, backup repositories, or content distribution networks

• Host streaming, IPTV, torrent, or high-bandwidth download services

• Abuse email services for mass mailing or spamming

Actions on FUP Violation

If fair usage limits are exceeded:

• Resources may be temporarily limited

• Services may be suspended without prior notice

• Upgrade to a higher plan may be required

• Repeated violations may result in termination

No refunds will be issued for actions taken under the Fair Usage Policy.

4. Domain Registration

• Domain registration is subject to registry availability and rules.

• All domain registrations are non-refundable.

• Incorrect contact details may result in suspension or loss of the domain.

• Ownership remains with the registrant as per WHOIS records.

5. Domain Transfer

• Domains must be unlocked and have a valid EPP/Authorization code.

• Transfer fees are non-refundable, even if transfer fails.

• Delays caused by current registrars or registry policies are not our responsibility.

6. Account Registration & Security

• Accurate information must be provided during registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining account security.

• All actions performed under your account are your responsibility.

7. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You must not use our services for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities

• Spamming, phishing, malware, or hacking

• Copyright or trademark infringement

• Content violating applicable laws

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

8. Billing & Payments

• All services are billed in advance.

• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.

• Prices and taxes may change without notice.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Non-refundable services include:

• Domain registration, transfer, and renewal

• Hyper Hosting setup fees (if applicable)

• VPS, Dedicated Servers, licenses, and third-party products

• Renewals and add-ons

10. Renewals & Expiry

• Customers are responsible for renewing services on time.

• Expired services may be suspended or permanently deleted.

• Govaio Network is not liable for data or domain loss due to non-renewal.

11. Data & Backups

• Customers must maintain their own backups.

• Backup services, if provided, are not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for data loss under any circumstances.

12. Suspension & Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated without notice if:

• Terms, AUP, or FUP are violated

• Payments are overdue

• Abuse, security threats, or illegal activities are detected

• Required by law or authorities

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

13. Limitation of Liability

Govaio Network is not liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or business

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Downtime caused by maintenance, third parties, or force majeure

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Govaio Network from claims arising from:

• Your use of services

• Content hosted under your account

• Violation of laws or third-party rights

15. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and website content are the property of Govaio Network and may not be used without written permission.

16. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

17. Policy Updates

These Terms, including FUP, may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under Indian jurisdiction.
