Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers
SSL certificates
VPS, Dedicated Servers, Cloud Servers
Software licenses and third-party products
Add-ons, upgrades, and extra resources
Setup, installation, or migration fees
Renewal payments (only new purchases are refundable)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
Transaction or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Once a refund is approved:
The related service will be terminated immediately.
All data associated with the service will be permanently deleted.
Customers are responsible for taking backups before requesting a refund.
Refund requests may be denied if:
The account violates our Terms of Service
The service is misused or abused
Multiple refund requests are made to exploit the policy
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
